The "band" give occasional performances

Down to Boston for Richards 50th birthday

Somehow, his father had wrong guessed the market,
lost all of his savings, and ended up living with the Motz'

As I remember, this was a homeless guy who
came for his birthday

Imperturbably optimistic

The american dream, made flesh

Flesh as in Fish or foul maybe?
Gael doing what Gael does best

Liv, in constant need of her dad to step up
The assembled dysfunctionals

And more of the same, maybe
Richard as the Pied Piper
of Medford
We depart, and head back up through Maine
via New Brunswick

And Charlottetown, PEI

Looks like a blissfully happy family to me

But then, what do I know

Confederation Bridge
From NB

It's August 24th. Being one of the few debating club members living in a house, once again, I lumber myself with the social stuff

Being one of the few debating club members

living in a house, once again,
I lumber myself with the social stuff

Somehow, we have dumped the kids
at yet another music camp
This August 25th
The dorm

We've heard about an "Icelandic Pony" stables
somewhere up north. As a rider, it's an awful gait

Bill Cross, a fellow football coach has invited us
up to their cottage, which also has a squash court
(complete with extensive water damage)
Janet introduces us to all of her favourite trees
I make bacon and eggs for breakfast
As they are all vegans, we are never invited again

Still pumping my income,

Kingsway invests in a few shows

All totally pointless
At least it was all deductable

Aiden has his birthday with his band of variously eclectic mates
Kayla continues her riding career,

here, December 20th
I have no idea where this
has been taken
But we ended up with another Christmas

At home

With a tree

And the usual suspects
Those in need et al

And the ongoing aftermath

Urmas & Karin are up for a weekend

And another year is over

Editors Note:
And......... many, MANY years later, when I have nothing better to do than revisit these 25 year old blogs, this time to finally add many more pix from the video camera, for all you folks totally devoid of a realistic view of entertainment.
Here they are:

Aiden learning to board, Kayla on mini skiis

Yes, another convocation demo gig
The Boyne, a great place if you love music

Easter egg hunt,
 back

and front yards

This strange North American everyone wins,
all the time

Last exhibition of the kids talents

Before summer drags them away

from any effort

Boston celebrations

Richards dad, Armistead, now living in severely
depleted circumstances in Medford
Luckily, we are not invited to stay in the house anymore
We hang out in a local hotel

Being certified persona non grata. I wouldn't have it any other way
December for chilled riding at Halton Hills

And that's it folks.....
